- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities trends and competitive landscape in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analyze market data to develop strategic business development plans and initiatives.
- Business Development and Sales:
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the companys market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers distributors regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Prepare detailed business proposals presentations and contracts for potential clients and partners.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales marketing and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all business activities adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities sales performance and market trends for senior management.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities including client interactions contracts and agreements.
Qualifications :
- University Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy or a related scientific specialty
- PostGraduate in Marketing / Business Administration
- Post Graduate courses in Project Management

- Wellestablished network within the UAE / regional pharmaceutical industry.
- Business development experience is a Must.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Strong Skills with Excel QlickSense PowerBI and other analysis tools
- Experience and Proficiency in the use of CRM
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
