Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth individuals looking to buy or sell luxury properties.
Use advanced networking marketing and prospecting techniques to expand your client base and generate more leads.
Conduct thorough market analysis to assess property values spot trends and understand the competitive landscape.
Provide expert advice and pricing recommendations based on detailed market data.
Represent clients best interests throughout the transaction ensuring transparency and fostering trust.
Offer personalized service negotiate effectively and provide strategic guidance to exceed client expectations and achieve optimal results.
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions including negotiations inspections financing and closings.
Quickly and efficiently resolve any challenges that arise during transactions.
Build strong connections with key industry professionals such as lenders lawyers appraisers and inspectors to streamline transactions and enhance client service.
Attend networking events industry conferences and community activities to increase brand visibility and expand your referral network.
Collaborate with other brokers and engage directly with clients to deliver toptier service and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubais real estate market.
Proven track record of success with evidence of strong return on investment.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in the luxury property sector with knowledge of both GCC and EU markets.
Excellent communication and fluency in English
