Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate development projects including planning budgeting and execution.
- Identify new investment opportunities and conduct market research.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Oversee legal compliance and ensure adherence to Dubai real estate regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports feasibility studies and financial analyses.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients investors and stakeholders.
- Preferred languages and nationalities are Chinese German Russians.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate development or property management.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
- Excellent project management negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or a related field (preferred).
