35 years of experience in business development (tourism/hospitality preferred).
Strong networking and sales skills.
Knowledge of the local market and tourism trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred: Previous experience in the maritime or cruise industry.
