We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in the thriving real estate market of Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships. This position requires a strategic thinker who is pionate about building relationships and achieving results in a fastpaced environment. As the Sales Director you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies that align with the companys objectives while mentoring and guiding a highperforming sales team. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth in the Dubai real estate sector. Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. yze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and industry partners to enhance business development efforts. Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales performance metrics to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the ss and knowledge of the sales team ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell our real estate offerings. Manage client negotiations and contracts ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives while providing exceptional client service. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations affecting the real estate market to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports and ysis to the executive team providing insights into market performance and potential growth areas.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus. Total 89 years of experience with Dubai Real Estate Company/Companies. Developer / Brokerage background experience required. Someone with 7 years if experience in Dubai Real Estate Market with Developer Company currently working as Senior Sales Manager / Senior Property Consultant will be highly regarded. Team leading experience is mandate. Strong nexus with Brokers Agents and Channel Partners locally as well globally. Off plan Specialist Strong leadership ss with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team toward achieving common goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with clients. Strategic thinker with strong ytical ss able to ess market conditions and develop effective sales strategies. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales processes and yze performance data. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment demonstrating resilience and adaptability to changing market conditions. Strong negotiation and closing ss with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations. A pion for real estate and a deep understanding of the Dubai market landscape.
