You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur client is looking for a Business Development Director for their FX & CFDs brokerage based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be Chinese speaker who has is based in Dubai and is familiar with local regulations and law to set up and maintain operations in Dubai for the brokerage include but not limitted to manage day to day operations of the branch business development of the South Asian regions and be responsible of the P&L.
What will you do:
Team Leadership and Management:
Build mentor and manage a highperforming sales team.
Oversee the daytoday activities of the sales team to ensure effective of business strategies.
Market Development:
Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities in the Indian market.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth in the target market.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and manage daily projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Oversee the of project plans ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business development strategies in alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Client and Partner Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and results.
Who we are looking for:
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role.
Dubai regulation: must have experience is setting up and managing a brokerage based in Dubai.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
