Risk Officer

Our client is a Digital Asset Wealth Management platform regulated by FSRA and based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Risk Officer to lead the development of their risk management function. The platform is designed for traditional finance professionals and investors to easily gain exposure to the emerging Digital Assets class and more effectively manage their own or clients' assets and portfolios. As the Risk Officer, you will be responsible for: • Developing, assessing, and updating risk policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with relevant legislation, regulatory standards, and best practices. • Identifying, assessing, and managing external and internal risks on a regular basis. • Collaborating with the Board to set the overall risk appetite and culture for the organization. • Leading risk management activities, including regular risk assessments and reporting.
