Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team and help drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and by forging strong relationships with Clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the cleaning services sector.
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.
Gather customer feedback and work with the operations team to ensure highquality service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 23 years of work experience in business development within the cleaning services or technical services industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
Highly selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
