· Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
· Stakeholder Management: Interface with stakeholders including ADNOC Onshore leadership, clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. Maintain positive relationships, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
· Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize project costs.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
