Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their renewal needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Coordinate and facilitate the renewal process including documentation payments and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty serving as their primary point of contact.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on renewal options packages and additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries resolve issues and optimize the renewal process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and renewal activities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree Sales or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service sales or account management preferably in the business setup industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
