Project Manager Pool Landscape

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of (POW) for each project with highlighted payment milestones.
• Study understand & comment on approved drawings & agreements.
• Distribute and explain all drawings & agreements to supervisors & foremen.
• Accurately implement all items as per the agreement. Oversee construction from inception to completion.
• Only implement items as per the agreement. Not the drawing. Only items in the agreement have been sold.
• Ensure accurate compliance of all with agreement & plans.
• Finalize material selection & commence advanced procurement process.
• Complete all procurement for the project.
• Immediately resolve any problem that may delay the project; so as to adhere to the POW without any delays.
• Build & maintain a positive relationship with the client through close communications Always be available.
• Up sell by maintaining positive relation with the client then prepare accurate & clear variations.
• Successfully achieve payment milestones raise invoices & collect payments.
