The Opportunity
WebCastle Technologies LLC is looking for Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst specializing in Web and Mobile App Development you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and the development team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements analyze processes and ensure successful delivery of web and mobile applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Your role
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit document and prioritize business requirements for web and mobile app development projects.

Conduct analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Prepare comprehensive and clear documentation including functional specifications use cases user stories and wireframes to communicate requirements to the development team.

Ensure that documentation is uptodate and aligned with project goals throughout the development lifecycle.

Work closely with project managers designers and developers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and timelines.

Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans ensuring that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to web and mobile app development.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of development methodologies within the organization.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation including use cases user stories and wireframes.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment

Pay: AED3500.00 AED4000.00 per month
