Work Experience & Required Competencies
- Minimum 10-12 years with specialized experience in regional rewards management, preferably in multinational organizations, retail business or companies in innovative industries.
- Strong experience leading and implementing rewards projects across multiple markets. Well versed with local employment law.
- Strong experiences designing sales incentive plans.
- Strong experiences in expatriate compensation plan design and management.
- Well versant with job evaluation methodology.
- Highly analytical, meticulous, organized and results oriented.
- Strong drive to make things happen.
- Strong capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage professionally with different levels of stakeholders for close work partnership locally, regionally and globally.
- Agile, ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity.
- Innovative, open-minded, proactive, independent and customer orientated.
- Strong understanding of the Brand, Business and Retail.
- Strong experience in using common HRIS tools.
