We are looking for an HR Director for a permanent position with a new Electrical Car company recently established in UAE with offices in Dubai Digital Park. The company s objective is to be the first UAE company to develop and produce a premium electric passenger car in the UAE.
We expect from the candidate to establish the full HR organization and set up the overall hiring plan.
The company is expecting a large hiring campaign locally in the coming months and next year.
Requirements
The candidate will be in charge:
- To make overall plans of Human Resources development and govern the operation of programs
- To establish and better HR management, research and design the overall construction of human resources system
- To provide the management team with advises on HR management and improve the organization chart of company, like control the cost of human resources effectively
- To solve the problems of management, recruit and interview the employees, make training courses regularly and help the staff make self-career plan
- To build the working atmosphere and corporate culture; to develop and maintain the internal and external relationship
- To take charge of all the declaration to the authorities, office supplies and the organization of team activities
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager of HR Director
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of UAE employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Very good level of English
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
