About Our Client

Our client is a leading global private equity fund, based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for an Associate Principal to join their European real estate team. This role will involve investing across a range of structures including funds, joint ventures, listed securities, debt instruments, etc. The fund has a great track record and extensive investment scope. What the job involves

• Manage the client's real estate portfolio effecting acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, asset management and governance activities as necessary. Focused on the European market but expected to contribute to discussions on the overall portfolio
• Assess pipelines of investments, analysing economic conditions affecting fund strategy, highlighting specific problem areas (i.e. tax issues) and work with advisors to identify most appropriate holding structures
• Assist Portfolio Managers & CIO in the preparation of soliciting third party services
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Relevant experience in real estate investment with a European focus
• Strong quantitative modelling
• Good knowledge of computation of real estate returns
• Strong academics
• Advanced statistics and excellent written and spoken English
• An additional European language would be an advantage
