Senior Fashion Consultant

Job Description :
Senior Fashion Consultant is responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Responsibilities :
1. Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews
2. Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
3. Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements
4. Promote loyalty program and stay up-to-date with company offerings etc
5. Support with in-store marketing events and activations

Qualification :
1. Bachelor?s degree
2. A minimum of 1-2 years strong sales experience, ideally within a customer-focused environment
3. Analytical skills, Communication skills, and Detail oriented
