Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify qualify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Lead client meetings and negotiations ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Prepare annual sales budgets monthly targets and forecasts and ensure timely achievement.
- Build mentor and manage the business development team providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service Operations Finance etc.) to ensure seamless execution of shipments and services.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction addressing issues and resolving concerns effectively.
- Track competitor activities market trends and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular management reports on sales performance business pipeline and key client updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies legal regulations and contractual obligations.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned.
