This role is integral to the sales process offering technical expertise and support to clients in the industrial sector. As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for identifying client needs providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the industrial sector.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate industrial solutions based on their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing the advantages of the solutions offered.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions and proposals.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and manage sales activities leads and opportunities through CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends technologies and competitor offerings.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical sales roles preferably in industrial solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and products.
- Highly self-motivated and organized with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Arabic speaker preferred with proficiency in English.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions.
