What Youll Be Doing

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and deliver tailored solutions
Organize and host property viewings (residential & commercial)
Stay on top of market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies
Build strong lasting client relationships for repeat and referral business
Lead property negotiations and close successful deals
Create marketing strategies that showcase listings and boost brand visibility
Meet and exceed your sales targets!

What Were Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate or a related sales role
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property valuation
Excellent communication and networking skills English required Arabic is a plus
Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
High level of self-motivation professionalism and integrity
Proficiency with real estate platforms & digital marketing tools
A valid UAE driving license is a must
