Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Admin with a oil and gas background to join our team. The Site Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site operations ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Manage and maintain all administrative tasks related to the construction site including but not limited to filing data entry record keeping and document control.
- - Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate submission of project-related documents.
- - Prepare and maintain reports logs and other project documentation as required.
- - Monitor and track project progress ensuring all deadlines are met.
- - Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- - Assist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget.
- - Maintain and update employee records including attendance leave and overtime.
- - Schedule and coordinate meetings site visits and other project-related activities.
- - Provide support to the project team as needed including preparing presentations reports and other documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- - Strong knowledge of construction processes procedures and terminology.
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- - Fluency in English is required Arabic language skills are a plus.
