Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience managing both building structures and supporting infrastructure for large-scale mixed-use developments. The role requires strategic leadership technical expertise and the ability to manage complex multi-phased projects from concept design through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision conducts work requiring independent evaluation selection adaptation and modification of standard techniques procedures and criteria.
Oversees all project phases including planning design coordination procurement construction and handover.
Manages projects of substantial complexity ensuring design excellence cost control and timely delivery.
Coordinates with architects engineers consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Provides technical leadership and assumes lead responsibilities for a team of architects engineers and professional support personnel.
Ensures compliance with local authority regulations codes and project specifications.
Develops project schedules budgets and risk management plans and monitors progress against KPIs.
Maintains strong client relationships and provides regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Architecture (Masters degree preferred).
20 years of professional experience with a strong background in architecture and project management.
Extensive experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments or similar complex projects.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of building codes planning regulations and international best practices.
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
PMP RIBA or similar professional certification is an advantage.
