Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated General Nurse with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings ensuring the safety comfort and wellbeing of all patients. You will play a crucial role in delivering nursing services that adhere to clinical best practices and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document relevant medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Educate patients on health management wellness and disease prevention strategies
- Monitor and record patients conditions reporting any changes to the medical team
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures in the clinical environment
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families
Requirements
- Valid DHA nursing license required
- Previous experience as a General Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualifications
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Willingness to continue professional development and training in nursing practices
