The International Community School (ICS) is a BSO-accredited institution committed to inspiring challenging and empowering learners in a nurturing and innovative environment. Plan and deliver engaging developmentally appropriate lessons
Create a safe inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
Support holistic development: cognitive social emotional physical and language skills
Use formative assessments to monitor and guide children s progress
Collaborate with colleagues across the Early Years department
Maintain positive and effective communication with families
- Engage in professional growth and contribute to whole-school initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Education (.) specialising in Early Years OR PGCE with QTS
Minimum 2 years experience teaching in an EYFS setting (UK experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and play-based learning approaches
Creative nurturing and flexible teaching style
Excellent classroom organisation and behaviour management skills
Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
ADEK approval or eligibility is advantageous
