Join Ontime Group as a Practice Manager at our Wellness Center in Jumeirah where you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team and enhancing the quality of care we provide to our clients. As the Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff while promoting a culture of wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the wellness center
- Supervise administrative and clinical staff providing direction and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain high standards of care
- Improve practice efficiency and develop protocols for service delivery
- Address client inquiries and concerns fostering client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement wellness programs
- Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in practice management preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting
- Bachelors degree in healthcare management business administration or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational proficiency with a keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and process improvements
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to implement effective solutions
