Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization s social media platforms creating compelling content and analyzing performance metrics. This role focuses on executing social media tactics and strategies to enhance brand awareness engage with the audience and support marketing objectives.
Manage and maintain social media platforms including Facebook X Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Create engaging and persuasive content for social media posts including text images videos and infographics.
Monitor social media trends audience preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize content strategies.
Respond to comments messages and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and stories for social media posts and campaigns.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote programs and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach engagement and conversions and provide regular reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends tools algorithms and best practices to continually optimize the social media presence.
Build and maintain a network of social media influencers aligned with the organization s branding and marketing objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations.
Minimum of three years of experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media tactics.
Knowledge & Skills:
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook X Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube.
Proficient in creating engaging content for social media including text images videos and infographics.
Familiarity with social media management tools analytics platforms and influencer management platforms.
Understanding of social media algorithms trends and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.

- Master s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. - Certification or license in psychology preferred. - 7-10 years of experience in psychology or counseling, with at least 5 years working with individuals with disabilities. - Fluency in Arabic and English.
