Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with 13 years of experience in job board management to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and partners and maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients to our job board platform.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the job board industry.
- Analyse competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organisations and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximise mutual benefits.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in business development sales or client management specifically in the job board industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the job board market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary: AED 8000 AED 9000 per month
