Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into BIM deliverables.
- Create and manage BIM content templates and libraries to support project needs.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts within BIM models.
- Generate construction drawings schedules and other documentation from BIM models.
- Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural structural and MEP systems within BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to incorporate their models and data into project BIM models.
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies tools and trends to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Must have 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles standards and workflows.
- Experience in creating and managing BIM models for architectural structural or MEP systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination software is preferred.
- Certification in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
