• Develop reporting on all activations and campaigns
• Animate and follow up on the customer loyalty program
• Generate CRM reporting and analysis needs; including the clients list extraction for the stores
• Support the stores with the CRM tools as well as Chaumet’s clienteling tools
• Support with the One to One and One to Many clients communication tools (e-mailings, e-catalogues etc.)
• Work and follow up on the clienteling projects (clients gifting, event support, reporting etc.)
• Forecast and budgeting of the yearly GWP plan
• Coach the store team on customer relationship
• Conduct market research to follow trends and competition
