l Lead a team of system analysts and development team to complete projects according to the bank standards
l Manage vendors for system development
l Conduct feasibility study for prospective projects
l Manage large-scale system projects implementation / consultation
l Monitor project executions, and manage constraints in terms of scope, cost, resource, schedule, quality and risk
l Liaise and serve as a facilitator between business units and system vendors in addressing and resolving issues in system development and quality assurance
l Supervise major project activities and rollout plans
l Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
l Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
l University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines
l Minimum 8 years experience in system implementation or IT project management, preferably in banking / finance industry
l Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining large-scale critical systems
l Sound knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
l Good project management, analytical, presentation and report writing skills
l A team player with good interpersonal skill
l Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
l Experience and knowledge in stock trading is a must
l Candidate with less experience may be considered as Systems Analyst
