What youll do

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Careem Pay will lead the marketing initiatives build and execute the marketing plan and be responsible for the following:

• Delivering the Marketing Strategy: Execute the marketing strategy building successful initiatives that resonate with the Careem Pay brand and business goals supporting brand awareness customer acquisition and growth.
• Leading Campaign Development: Manage the communications plan and calendar oversee the campaign development process and ensure excellence in execution based on deep insights into user segmentation customer needs and competitive analysis.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work alongside growth managers product managers CRM & Ops leads brand teams and various crossfunctional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns tailored to different target audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize initiatives and improve performance. Success in this role means driving measurable growth in digital engagement CRM effectiveness and growth initiatives.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation ensuring maximum ROI and strategic use of resources.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the marketing executive setting clear goals providing feedback and supporting their professional development.
• Industry knowhow: Stay uptodate with industry trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

What youll need

The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically and analytically have experience leading crossfunctional teams and have a strong background in marketing including product marketing digital CRM brand marketing and content management. Requirements include:

• Proven Experience: Min 7 years in marketing preferably with management experience within the FinTech or technology/startup space.
• Industry Knowledge: B2C experience in the FinTech sector and familiarity with the tech industrys growth dynamics.
• Educational Background: A university degree
• Collaboration Across Teams: Demonstrated success in working closely with product/technology growth digital and brand teams. Handson experience in establishing a brands value proposition and designing strategies to leverage this value proposition in communicating with customers to drive business growth will be considered a plus.
• Analytical and Creative Skills: Strong ability to use data to inform decisions alongside a knack for strategic and creative thinking.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS). Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce is a plus.
• Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI is essential for this role.
• Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills capable of motivating teams and collaborating effectively across functions.
• Operational Agility: Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment with a detailoriented and aestheticallydriven approach to marketing.
• B2B Marketing Expertise: Exposure to B2B marketing is nice to have.
