Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytical problem solving across multiple departments and countries
- Experience in translating findings from data into actionable recommendations to your stakeholders
- Familiarity with working in an agile and ambiguous environment
- Strong business acumen, ability to bridge business and tech/program experts
- Fluent written and oral communication (English)
- Experience in data visualization platforms (Excel, Power BI, QuickSight, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven records in managing multiple projects at a time
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience in working with CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
- Proven knowledge in coding languages (e.g. Python, VBA)
- Track records in owning and analyzing sales metrics
