Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial and legal consultancy sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and retail customers.
• Actively seek out potential clients who require debt collection services.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Devise and implement effective marketing strategies to promote MENA Credit Management and Consultants.
• Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
• Lead Generation:
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Identify potential clients seeking legal assistance in the UAE.
• Leverage existing networks and connections to expand our client base.
• Negotiation and Convincing:
• Possess strong negotiation and convincing skills to close deals effectively.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
• Address client concerns and objections with confidence.
• Website Maintenance and SEO:
• Contribute to website maintenance and ensure up-to-date content.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility.
• Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to optimize the website for lead generation.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation and conversion rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial or legal consultancy sector.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Digital and social media marketing expertise.
• Knowledge of SEO and website maintenance is preferable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with their own visa.

Compensation:
• Lucrative commission structure based on performance
