Job Description:
A Reputed Retail Group is seeking talented Emirati candidates to join our esteemed team as Retail Sales Officers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As a Retail Sales Officer you will represent our premium luxury eyewear brands and provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly providing a luxurious hospitality experience.
Showcase our exclusive range of products with enthusiasm and expertise.
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual style face shape and prescription requirements.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our brands including their heritage craftsmanship and unique features.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces that reflect their personality and lifestyle.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain the immaculate presentation of the retail space including product displays and store ambiance.
Cultivate longlasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and followup communication.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold the reputation of our luxury brand.
Requirements
Emirati Nationality.
01 year of experience in retail sales or luxury hospitality preferably within the luxury fashion or eye wear industry.
Passion for luxury retail and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
Genuine interest in fashion and trends.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends evenings and holidays.
Impeccable grooming and presentation reflecting the standards of a luxury brand ambassador.
