Job Description


Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Drive the development and launch of new products considering market trends and consumer preferences in the food sector.


Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns and promotions to increase foot traffic and drive sales.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging instore displays and promotional materials.


Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product positioning and pricing strategies.

Analyze competitor products and pricing to ensure the competitiveness of our food offerings.


Work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall customer experience within retail outlets.

Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction loyalty and repeat business.


Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory management teams to ensure.


Monitor and analyze inventory performance to minimize waste and maximize profitability.


Establish and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers to ensure a consistent and highquality product assortment.


Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and promotional activities.

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.


Develop and manage budgets for retail branding and promotional activities.

Ensure efficient use of resources while achieving desired business outcomes.

About the requirements

Experience in retail marketing with a focus on brand management.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing retail marketing strategies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate marketing plans present findings and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field.
