Roles & Responsibilities
Attends to walk-in customers and assists them in their vehicle renting requirements, promotes Company products & services and offers product/ services advice.
Performs documentation work related to renting of vehicles, collects, verifies customer documents and creates relevant rental agreement(s) in the CRM system,
Inspects fleet availability on a daily basis and segregates the vehicles based on requirements such as need for maintenance, vehicle washing, disposal, transfer to other locations. Prepares vehicles for delivery and replacements.
Arranges for drivers in coordination with fleet operations, for delivery of vehicles also obtaining post delivery confirmations
