Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across all fine dining restaurants within the GCC region.
• Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistency in service quality, food preparation, and guest experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of restaurant managers, providing guidance and support to drive exceptional performance and foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments including culinary, marketing, and HR to align strategies and initiatives with the overarching business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurants, analyse key metrics, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Conduct regular evaluations of restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all restaurants.
