Job Description

- Arrange visa (work permit, family sponsorship, and visit visa) for employees and their families.
- Schedule employee’s visa, medical coordinating with other internal and external departments.
- Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
- Organize visas and business related travel arrangement for clients and visitors visiting the Company.
- Organize periodic renewal of licenses.
- Ensure documents are stored physically and electronically following
- Document Control processes
- Represent the Company at locations such as Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities and other significant Departments such as mobile and landline phone services.
- Accompany the employee as they exit the country.
- Respond to employee’s queries on visa/labour/passport related matters.
- Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Actively participate in actions intended to advance the organization towards Our Vision.
