You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Develop and implement a strategic plan for corporate companies and hotel partners to maximize revenue for short term and long terms goals.
• Perform market research on business trends and new developments by conducting a minimum of 50 sales calls per month including 2 new prospect accounts per week.
• Target corporate events such as team building, meetings and conferences, corporate dinners, product launches, year-end functions, birthday events, Christmas events and car launches.
• Develop rate strategy for individual accounts from corporate companies based on value-adds and position DHE as the leading entertainment destination whilst maintaining the budgeted per cap.
• Develop rate strategy for hotel partners based on online exposure through various channels and in hotel offline exposure.
• Present and implement tactical sales offers with both hotel partners and corporate accounts together with conducting roadshows with key corporate accounts to achieve budgeted numbers.
• Target key corporate accounts and hotel partners based on location to achieve budgeted visitation for both Dubai Parks and Mid Way Attractions (Laguna Waterpark and The Green Planet)
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual budgeted visitation target in line with overall sales target.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to identify visitation gaps and generate strategic action plans to drive business.
• Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with internal audit processes and provide timely information to the administration team to ensure all activities are budgeted.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or Hospitality Management or related field
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Sales experience
• Minimum of 5 year’s professional sales experience in Leisure/ Hospitality/Tourism/Attraction/Theme Park industry
