Job Description

- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and remove any stains or spills.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including door handles, handrails, and light switches.
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage in public areas to the appropriate department.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and following OSHA regulations.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
