Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to define project objectives scope and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets and present them to stakeholders for approval.
• Monitor project progress track expenses and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise all project activities including personnel equipment and materials.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle any changes or issues that arise during the construction process making necessary adjustments to maintain project success.
• Communicate project status and updates to clients management and project teams.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may impact project progress implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work is in compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources including labor materials and equipment.
• Prepare and submit project reports including financial reports to company management.
• Participate in project risk assessment and mitigation planning.

Qualifications:

• Arab National holding Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven 10 years experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.
• Dubai Municipality Certified Engineering Professional is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction processes methods and materials.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and quality standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
