The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience. Impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude, paying attention to details, and being passionate about customer service are essential. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
