Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Ensure the continuity if O&M businesses and secure more opportunities. 2. Oversee the ongoing contracts and interact with team and project stakeholders for smooth operations 3. To take the lead in coordinating the planning & execution of the work with organizations such as Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, Construction, Labour Relations, Controller, and other services to achieve an assignment of work scope which will result in an integrated project team approach. 4. To review and approve bid tabulations for commitments for all major purchase orders, contracts, and sub-contracts and approve critical changes to these documents. 5. To review and approve project control plans including trend programs, project cost estimates, forecasts, schedules, financial reports, and commitments that exceed assigned budgets. Periodically review change order controls to ensure all changes are being handled properly.
