Looking for applicant having Extensive experience in contractual claims, agreements reviews & drafting, contractual correspondences, alternative dispute resolution and supporting litigation, all related to projects in oil & gas, water, power and petrochemical sectors, with strong all round hands on cross functional exposure to whole project life cycle and business functions.
