The candidate will be responsible to cover any work that the cover is currently assisting with which may include but not limited to the following:
• Assist in providing legal support to corporate or commercial legal team
• Drafting legal memorandum on a variety of topics with a focus on the technology media and fintech industries
• Drafting emails to clients and other stakeholders in relation to active matters
• Conduct research on UAE law matters
• Assist in contract review and transactional document work
• Assist in corporate structuring and liaising with various free zone authorities
