Key Responsibilities
- Contracts review and contracts writing.
- Engaging with technical teams to gather Scope of Work requirements and translate them into contracts.
- Developing procurement plans and strategies for services contracts.
- Handling all types of services contracts (maintenance, operations, projects) in addition to software and cloud computing agreements.
- Negotiating deals with local and multinational companies.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc or MS in Business, IT or Law
- 15 years in procurement and services contracts, experience in contracts as a sales function may be considered. 10 years’ experience may be considered subject to review. Experience in materials procurement is not applicable.
