They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Showroom Incharge to join their team in Dubai!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven ability to manage sales and customer service functions effectively. This role involves leading the showroom team driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Showroom Management:

Oversee the daytoday operations of the showroom ensuring a clean organized and welcoming environment.

Manage product displays and ensure that all products are presented attractively and accurately.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock.

Sales and Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers providing expert advice on product selection and design solutions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase showroom revenue.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate the showroom sales team providing training and support as needed.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the tiling or related industry.

Previous experience in a showroom management role is highly desirable.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of tiling products materials and design trends.

Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
