We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Office Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and sales skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Train and mentor sales team members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful sales operations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skill
