This is a remote/Hybrid role, but the person should be based in Sweden.
The Head of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
The role will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition for our cleaning products. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy with limited resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a lean marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Lead the development of creative marketing campaigns that effectively promote the company's cleaning products across various channels, with a focus on cost-effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences and behaviors, and use this information to inform marketing campaigns and product development.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including developing content calendars, creating engaging social media posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Initiate sales activities to develop promotional programs that drive customer acquisition and retention, and measure the effectiveness of these programs.
- Build relationships with external partners on a shoestring budget, including influencers, media outlets, and industry organizations.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to drive growth and maximize ROI

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or relevant experience from / in marketing, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and or digital sales, with a focus on retail products and customer acquisition.
- Experience from a startup environment is beneficiary.
- Strong knowledge of cost-effective digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in the cleaning industry or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
