Service Contractor AV Service
- Working Location: Brunssum, Netherlands
- Security Clearance: NATO Secret
- Language: High proficiency level in English language
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in technical administration of POLYCOM Systems
Good knowledge of different AV equipment such as Codecs, mixers, media converters, beamers and the connection in-between
Experience with the build-up of a conference room and the setup of the network connection
Basic skills on LAN switches and local cable infrastructure (FO cable, media converters, LAN test equipment )
Basic theoretical AV knowledge such as Audio protocols like Dante, voice compression,
DUTIES/ROLE:
500hrs Local incident management, workload queue management and prioritisation, repair supplies management, external suppliers management
170hrs Planning, execution and control of change management, support request analysis and fulfilment, Moves, Adds and Changes (MACS), work areas reconfiguration
210hrs of AV related Configuration control and asset management, recording and reporting
100hrs of support to temporary, special events with a minimum of one-week advance notice from Customers validated service request
420hrs other AV related tasks like Equipment baseline lifecycle management, PA System support, Support to Antenna systems,
