Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the in-house healthcare education programs, ensuring they are in line with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the quality of healthcare education and training programs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of healthcare education initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to meet the changing needs of the organization and the industry.
  • Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to healthcare education.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding their educational needs and career development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare education or a related role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective healthcare education programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications related to the job, such as MS Office and healthcare management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
